

Ingrediente pt 2 portii (600 ml):
- 2 pere dulci bine copate (380 gr)
- 1 mana spanac proaspat (40 gr)
- 1/2 legatura patrunjel (15 gr)
- frunze telina (35 gr)
- 1/2 lime
- 200 ml apa plata (sau dupa preferinta)
- 2 lingurite seminte canepa decorticate
Metoda:
Am pus in blender: perele taiate bucati + spanac + patrunjel + frunze telina + lime si am procesat toul.
La final am adaugat apa si semintele de canepa decorticate.
