


- 2 pere (400 gr)
- 1/2 legatura patrunjel
- 55 gr radacina telina
- 1/2 lamaie
- 200 ml apa plata
- 3 lingurite seminte canepa decorticata
Procedeu: am pus in blender perele, patrunjelul, telina, lamaia si am procesat. La final am adaugat apa si semintele de canepa.
